Refund and Returns Policy

We have a 7 day return policy on defective goods.  If the goods you purchased is defective, you may request for an exchange or return within 7 days from the date of delivery.  Upon receiving the returned product, we will do a full refund for the purchased product.  Note that we do not accept non-defective goods refund (such as if you change your mind or simply make a wrong decision)

Please note that the goods must be shown to be detective not due to your negligence and the goods must be returned to us before any request for refund will be entertained.

Simply call our customer support on +65 6100 0613 or email us at enquiry@tertiaryinfotech.com and if required we will provide you a Return Merchandise Authority (RMA) number.

All products returned MUST be returned in their original condition with all the parts originally supplied. The original packaging, manuals, accessories, any other documentation included and gifts that come with the purchased goods must be returned together with the defective goods.

The returned goods should be adequately packed to prevent damage in transit. Please mark your RMA number clearly on the outside of the packaging and attach a copy of your invoice to the package as a proof of your purchase.

Tertiary Robotics Store reserves the right to refuse refund or exchange of any item that is not returned in the original packaging nor deemed as not in “as new” condition.

Shipping charges on returned items will be bore by customers.

Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card.

Please note that the normal processing time for refund requests is 4-6 weeks from the date of request.

We reserve the right to amend our exchange and refund policy at any time with or without notice.
