Description
The DHT22 Temperature and Humidity Sensor Module is a device used to measure temperature and humidity in a given environment. It is an upgrade to the popular DHT11 sensor, offering improved accuracy and a wider temperature and humidity measurement range.
The DHT22 module uses a capacitive humidity sensing element and a thermistor to measure the relative humidity and temperature in the environment. The module has a single digital output pin that provides both temperature and humidity readings. The data can be easily read by microcontrollers, such as the Arduino, using a simple digital interface.
